About the format
What it is, what it isn't.
Fireside Chats are intimate, grief-aware conversations recorded for our community. They are not interviews, lectures, or panels. They are conversations between two people about something that matters. They are built to land for an audience that has lived it.
- Length — 15–30 minutes, recorded.
- Format — virtual; one-on-one with CJ.
- Style — conversational, no script. We'll send a topic outline in advance.
- Distribution — published to the Unvoiced audience: HR, leadership, and the broader grief-aware community.
